My Health and Fitness journey -Started in 2008 when I was about 30+ lb. overweight. I was a three-sport athlete in high school and always stayed in pretty good shape. By 2008 I found myself very unhappy with my current lifestyle and weight so I decided I wanted to commit to losing weight and to getting back into great physical shape. I didn’t quite have the knowledge needed to achieve the goals I had set for myself so I decided to enroll in the Health and Fitness Education program at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL in 2009. I wanted to get more education on how to achieve my goals safely and properly. Being that I always enjoyed sports, competition, and coaching others I decided I was interested in pursuing a career as a Fitness Coach to help others achieve their goals just like I was able to do through hard work and consistency. With some lifestyle changes, consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and my education from McHenry County College, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Precision Nutrition I was able to lose 40 lb. and keep it off.
Throughout the past 15+ years working as a Fitness Coach I have been blessed to work with thousands of different clients ranging from 6-93 years old. Each of these clients has had different fitness levels, physical limitations, past injuries, health conditions, nutrition issues, weight loss goals, performance goals, so on and so forth. I am very thankful and grateful for those clients who have entrusted in me to help them work towards achieving their own fitness goals. One thing I take pride in is that I still work with and/or maintain relationships with a lot of my clients and they still reach out to me if they have any questions regarding health, fitness, or nutrition.
I am very passionate about heath, fitness, athletics, competition, coaching, and helping others. I enjoy working with people of all ages and demographics. I take pride in helping motivate and educate others on how to obtain their overall health and fitness goals. I exercise daily. I enjoy playing racquetball, football, golf, and traveling. The thing I enjoy most is spending time with my wife, our 7 children, and our 3 French Bulldogs. My goal with all of my client’s is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where I can help them achieve all of their health and fitness goals while building long term relationships with them. Most importantly having fun while we do it!
